Acetate/Embrace Life

I like using the actetate for lots of things, so I thought I would incorporate it in to a class this last month. I know the little jewels are not SU!, but I really needed something to sparkle on the flowers and glitter did'nt hold on well. I used the set Embrace Life and the Oval All stamp set, and the White Stazon ink pad.

CD Box

I have been wanting to make one of these for a long time now, and one night, late, I sat up and attempted it. I only had problems with the base it was too small but I think I fixed it.....I plan to do some of these in a Christmas theme and sell them at a craft show I do every December. I will have Christmas cards in them to show how you can use them for the season.

Circle Circus in Melon Mambo

This is another card we did this past month at card class. I used Melon Mambo and Regal Rose and the stamp sets Circle Circus and Simply Said. Very simple card, and they loved it.

On A Pedestal

This is another one of my favorite sets from the new catalog.....I love cake, cupcakes.....anyway.....this is one of cards for card night this month. We added a "canopy" like the front of the bake shop store front, and some silver beads from our Bead Duos.

Baby Shower invitations

I am throwing a baby shower for my daughter who is due to have a boy in September. These are the invitations I made for it.

Simple Cocoa Packet

This cocoa packet is made from a 3 x 12 piece of paper folded in half, then punched in the middle for the cocoa packet to show through. It is that simple. And I used the new Hostess level 2 set Christmas Punch set and that gorgeous Real Red polka dot ribbon...love it! Now let's see how long the caramel flavored cocoa remains tucked in there...........

Razzle Dazzle Envelope Card

I saw this tutorial on on Dawn Griffin's blog ( I think), anyway, you lick the SU! envelope shut, fold in half, and then cut in on that line, glue only the middle parts together (see photo)and adhere it to the "card". I love this stamp set and the fact that we have the markers in the IN COLORS!

I used Razzleberry and Soft Suede markers.
