Strength and Hope

This is one of the cards I offered in a "kit" for those who bought the Strength and Hope kit from me. It uses the new Distressed Dots Background stamp and Island Indigo Ruffled Ribbon along with the Strength and Hope set.

Sweets for the Sweet

I wanted to do something simple for this set, and I saw another demonstrator wrap hers in plastic. So, I pulled out my little "jewelery bags" from a local craft supply store and cut off the zip"loc" part of it and put it over the top of the candy and tied it shut.

Supplies:

Stamps: Sweets for the Sweet, Melon Mambo, Basic Black, Whisper White, Big Shot and Perfect Polka Dots folder, 1/4" Black grosgrain ribbon, lollipop sticks and mini baggies

Owl Punch Goblin

I have to say that this Owl Punch is so awesome! I looked at the first time I saw it and saw lots of different things...and would you believe a goblin? These were some of my Convention swaps. I paired it with a sentiment from Grateful Greetings.

Morning Cup

I have to say, this was going to be one of our cards for card night this month, but decided against it? I think it came out cute, and not sure who to send it to...lol Anyway, my lovely friend Laura Mellinger's husband, Rick, made me a lightbox so I could get better photos of my creations. He did WONDERFUL! Now I just want to put things in it to photograph!

Happy Birthday Balloons!

I love using markers to color balloons in different colors, but I really love our new In Colors! Wasn't sure about them in the beginning, but now, I love them! I used Pattern Party balloons and a sentiment from Up, Up and Away set. I then mounted the balloons AND the sentiment on Acrylic Block E, colored the balloons using the markers, Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral, Island Indigo and Pool Party, then colored the sentiment Calypso Coral and stamped all at once.

here was my first attempt at the twisted easel card... I sent it to my secret sister back in the early summer months.

Inspired by Nature

I can't tell you how many times we have used this set since I got it back at Convention in 2008! It's a favorite by alot of people and we have used just about every different kind of color combos as we can...I was looking for something on the more masculine side but adding the little scallops, well it doesn't make it very masculine..but nonetheless I think it turned out okay.
