Layered Snowman

This is one of the cards we made for our November card classes. I used the 2 1/2, 1 3/4 and 1 3/8 circle punches. I made a template from vellum for his face, so it was easier for the girls to make his face symetrical rather than frustrate them trying free handed.

Then of course we sprayed it down with Shimmer Mist spray! Gosh, I LOVE that stuff!

Paper Shoes

I recently did a one day craft show and it went okay for it being the first annual at this location. I made these paper shoes and sold them with the pedi kits in them. Sold out, but have an order of 10 more to make for a friend from highschool for Christmas...I love making them.

Cute Christmas Treat box

Okay, so I am LOVING the Glass Glitter! This is the Silver Glass Glitter glued onto a ribbon "flower". I found that this technique worked best with Crystal Effects. Then of course I stamped that sweet little snowman from Cute Christmas and colored it a bit. Then punched him out, and stuck him on with glue dots. (Tip: if you use your heat tool on the glue dots just before you adhere it to fabric, it works wonderful!) Then using the BigShot, I cut out a Fancy Favor box from Crumb Cake and assembled, put on a handle..(the handle is the leftover peice of the cardstock left from the die....'nother tip).

Butterfly Punch pansies

I made this card this summer and have forgotten to post pictures. The pansies are made from the Butterfly punch and some reinkers and our beautiful Shimmer White cardstock! Isn't it so cool? I really have fun making these, because you can just about use any color of reinkers to make whatever color pansies you want, and the real beauty is, they never look the same!

Goblin Greetings-Owl Punch Ghost

Okay, so this isn't my original idea for the ghost, but I had to use this idea for card night last month. I also used a couple of other punches on this card. I just think it turned out so cute.

A Cute Christmas Swap

So, I am excited to be attending our first ever Iowa regional training next week, and thought Christmas cards would be fun and different this time of year, these are what I came up with for my swaps. It's kind of different knowing that we are going to be a "smaller" group at regionals for the first time, but I am very excited to get my "business" boost that I am needing to refresh with a whole room full of stampers!

Scalloped Envelope basket with Ghosts(aka-candybars)

A super friend taught us to make these last year at a demo meeting (thank you Laura)....it is the Scallop Envelope die (cut out two and trim off about an inch from the bottom flap on each one) and then glue together to form a basket. Then we cut off the fingers of a glove to make the "ghosts" and then drew on the eyes.
