Love and Laughter/ Stamp a Stack card #3

Our third card was a Wedding card....I just love the ease of this stamp set, Love and Laughter. We used lots of product on this card.  We used the Big Shot, some embossing folders, dies, the NEW LARGE pearls, beautiful Gray Taffeta ribbon, Boho Blossoms punch, 2 1/2 circle punch...anyway, this is what we got from it.  I am happy with it....

Tree of Sympathy/Stamp a Stack card #2

Here is card #2 from our stamp a stack.  (We did 5 cards, Baby, Sympathy, Masculine Birthday, Wedding, Get Well and Thank You's were optional).  This was our Sympathy card. At first, I was concerned that the colors were all wrong for sympathy, but then I remembered times that I had to send them out and thought, the whole meaning for sending sympathy is to "brighten" someone's day while sending the message that you are sorry.  So, I used Crumb Cake, Lucky Limeade, Daffodil Delight, and Pool Party.  I used the tree from Forever Young stamp set(by the way that reminds me of one of my favorite songs), the sentiment from Petite Pairs, the 1 3/4 and 1 3/8 circle punches, Butterflies Embosslit die, Lattice embossing folder, and of course, the Basic Pearls.  I thought it turned out pretty good.  Stay tuned for card #3 tommorrow.

All Occasions Stamp a Stack cards/Up,Up and Away/Baby

My All Occasions Stamp a Stack was a big hit! I really enjoy designing cards for all different occasions and I know that many people who papercraft, don't always have the time to "just whip out a card" for different occasions, so this class helps immensely in getting some cards stashed ahead. The first one I am sharing is my personal favorite.  It uses the Up, Up and Away stamp set along with Petite Pairs(sentiment). I used some of our gorgeous Soft Suede Taffeta ribbon, and my FAVORITE embellishments, the Vintage Trinkets.  If you look closely to the yellow ballon, you will see that the brads are really buttons! We ran Very Vanilla cardstock through the Big Shot using one of the new Edgelit embossing folders from the Occasions Mini and I turned mine around so the hearts were interverted , and then stamped the balloons using Certainly Celery, and Baja Breeze, the buckets using Sahara Sand and the clouds also Baja Breeze.  Using the Owl Punch, we punched out a Cherry Cobbler heart(my FAVORITE RED!)  Then stamped Welcome Baby onto Very Vanilla and punched out with the small oval punch,(sorry, I can't remember the proper name....lol) and "pinned" it to the ribbon using the safety pins from Vintage Trinkets.  Come back in the next couple of days as I will be showcasing all our cards throughout the week.

Mocha Morning with burlop flower

I made this card for a submission for a magazine, didn't get chosen, so I thought I would share it here. I used some of my most favorite DSP, Mocha Morning, along with the stamp set Teeny Tiny Wishes.  I cut 4 circles with my Circles #2 die out of burlap, folded into quarters and glued to a punched out scrap of Very Vanilla cardstock.  I added an Antique Brad in the center and a Basic Pearl to the center of the brad. I stamped the sentiment in Soft Suede, and punched it out with the Word Window punch, and layered it onto a Soft Suede piece punched out using the Modern Label punch and popped up with Dimensionals. Not my most favorite card, but was trying out some new fabrics and so here it is..
