Big Day-

Sorry, I lost this one in the hundreds of photos I took all at once at the end SAB so I apologize for the delay and that this stamp set is no longer available, BUT, for those who hold on to their stamps and will reuse them whether retired or not, and even for those who don't, the layout is a simple one.  This was our Make and Take at my workshop in March.  The colors used are Wisteria Wonder and Soft Sky, Metallic Gold and Whisper White.
Here is the little candles all stamped out randomly.....
Here's the cake in Wisteria Wonder and the sentiment in Metallic Gold.
I chose to make a card versus a non card project, because out of the 11 that came, 9 had never stamped before! They loved making the card and the workshop was a biggie!

Stamp a Stack Card #5

Well, here it is, the last card from the Stamp a Stack.  You will notice the tear in the banner...well, I'm sure you all know how it is, to get ALL OF THE CARD done and stuck down, and then realize something you forgot, etc...yeah, notice the ribbon gapping at the top? You get it...so I was not going good on time, so I just explained that theirs SHOULD NOT look like this...lol when finished. So, with that, I'm not even going to go through the details, because it's hideous! LOL!
Here's an upclose of the most beautiful part of the whole card, minus the gapping ribbon..:)
Tommorrow I will showcase some projects from my one and only SAB Workshop.
Happy Friday!

Stamp a Stack Card #4

So, as I said in my first post, my All Ocassions Stamp a Stack includes 5 different occasions and Sympathy/Thinking of you is one of them because I tend to, not really dislike, making them in our general card class, but don't always "want" too, it is kind of depressing to me, so I save it for this class.  This one is from and idea I got from a Convention swap last year, fell in love with it and had many of my customers want to make it. I started out using Crumb Cake as the base and then ran a piece of Whisper White and Coastal Cabana through the Big Shot using the Stripes folder and lining them up and adhering them to the Crumb Cake.  I added a piece of Whisper White Seam Binding over the seams and then a "knotty knot" through it.
I used the Ovals Framelits and cut the larger one in Basic Black and the smaller in Whisper White. I punched out the leaves from the Bird Punch and then stamped out the flower from Flower Shop in Coastal Cabana ink and punched it out with the Pansy Punch.  I added a pop of Silver Glitter paper in the center with the 1/2" Circle punch and a Dimensional to pop it out.
Here is a close up of the "knotty knot"( I just call it that, not sure what the Boy Scouts call it). My customers love it because they don't have to "tie a bow"...lol
Tommorrow, the last card!

Stamp a Stack Card #3-Graduation

Here's card number 3 from our Stamp a Stack.  It's a graduation card and I really liked how it came out!  I started with a Smokey Slate base adn layered a Basic Black onto it, and a piece of Whisper White ran through the Big Shot with the Stars embossing folder on to that.  I strung some Crushed Curry Baker's Twine onto the whole thing and added a Silver Glitter Itty Bitty Star from Silver Glimmer DSP in the center of the twine.
I cut a larger star from the same Glitter paper and a star that was stamped with Momento Black ink onto WW card stock and cut out, both using the Star Framelits.  I used the stamp set Be The Star for the card, first time inked..lol to stamp out the sentiments.
Sorry it's a quick post, if you have any questions let me know, it's pretty simple, but I didn't realize until right before the bus arrives from school that I hadn't posted today.
Thanks for stopping by!

Occasions Stamp A Stack Card #2 Baby Bundle

This is my second favorite card we made for the stamp a stack.  I started with a Soft Suede base and then added a piece of Pear Pzazz DSP from the Patterns Pack down on the Soft Suede.
I added the DSP first because I ran the layer of Whisper White through the Big Shot using the Baby Boutique Framelits and THEN through the Large Polka Dots folder but I added the DSP first because I used Dimensionals to bump up the top layer over it.  I punched out a Real Red Heart and added a Basic Pearl to the inside. Before I adhered that layer down, I threaded a piece of Crumb Cake Seam Binding Ribbon around the cut out and tied a bow.
I stamped out the Pear Pzazz onto Whisper White, using the Label Love and then again with the same stamp, using Real Red and punching out using the Artisan Label and the 7/8" Scallop punch and popped the center up with Dimensionals.
Well, tommorrow I will showcase another card from SAS. Thanks for stopping by.

Stamp a Stack Card #1

One of my favorite classes to hold is my All Occasions Stamp a Stack.  I do 5 occasions, Wedding, Baby, Thank You, Sympathy and Graduation.  This is the wedding card we did and I think it's my favorite one.  Simple! I layered up Whisper White that I ran the bottom half through the Big Shot using the Flower Garden embossing folder.  I added a strip of Gold Soriee DSP over the "seam" (where the embossing stopped) to give it a little pop.  I crinkled up half of a Doiley and glued it down. (Sorry, this was tucked under the strip of DSP first).  Then I tied a piece of Gold Bakers Twine around the front layer and tied it into a bow.
I stamped out the Mr and Mrs from From the New Two that is found in the Occasions Mini catalog, with Momento Black ink onto Whisper White card stock and punched it out using the 2" Circle Punch.  I layered it onto a 2 1/2" circle of Basic Black card stock. I punched out little flowers using Itty Bitty Accents Punch Pack flower and Brushed Gold card stock and sticking some Basic Pearls in the centers of each.

I love the DSP...I hate that it will retire, most likely, but I will keep a couple of sheets around for wedding cards...
Well, I'm off to work on April card class, it's starts only 3 days from now and I have one more card to design before I can prep.  Thanks for stopping in..I will be showing all 5 of our cards from the SAS this week!
