Ghostly Ghouls "Ornament"

So, I made one of "the" Christmas ornaments from the front cover of the Holiday Mini...BUT, beings that I am left handed and think with a different creative part of my brain, I ALWAYS try to find more uses, outside the box if you will, for ALL of my purchases!  So, here it is! THINK OF THE POSSIBILITES for EVERY occasion you could possibly think of!  I used the Ornament Keepsakes stamp set, the Holiday Ornaments Framelits, the stamp set Ghostly Ghouls, the Howlstooth DSP, Basic Rhinestones(colored with an orange PERMANENT marker), Very Vanilla cardstock, and Tangerine Tango and Basic Black ink. ( I had to use an off brand of tulle for this because we don't have black-yet!)
For those of you interested, be watching FB and on here for the Christmas Ornament I will be offering a class for in mid-late October!

Polka Dot Parade

This was my first card I demonstrated at my last workshop, trying to keep it simple and clean in case some new ladies where in attendance.  I just love using up scraps subtly on cards.  I ran a strip of Whisper White cardstock through the Big Shot using the Hearts Framelits(the smallest heart) and then centered my 13/8 circle punch OVER the hearts and punched them out.(Neat little trick I always show my customers versus trying to figure out how to hold a small piece of paper in a punch...) I actually learned from making my sample to NOT use the same size circle punch for the scraps of DSP, because as you can see very faintly in the photo, that it sticks out from behind, so I used the next smaller circle punch.  I then stamped the Happy Birthday from Curly Cute in Basic Black and then stuck some Basic Rhinestones off to the side.  Enjoy!
