This is the make and take card I camp up with form my newest downline's open house this week! I love these new colors, they are just so bright and cheery! I am not a big fan of purple, but I must say Concord Crush is starting to grow on me for sure!

My Newest Card Display

Okay, so I have wanted to make one of these since I saw it in the SU! catalog! So, today, I decided to go to HL and get a frame since they were 50% off and then I went to Lowe's and got the wire....now I will admit, I don't use a staple gun too often and tonight I was 2 inches away from finishing when I ran out of staples...off to the tool box I went, got the staples loaded them and nothing...it wouldn't work....you know how disappointed I was when I couldn't get it to work? Well, after walking away from it in frustration, I came back to it, and a lightbulb in my head went off, I had the staples loaded wrong! So, anyway, I am happy now, and plan to make some more for Christmas gifts....

Flowers Awash Queens

I was browsing through some wonderful, thoughtful person's photos from Convention (sorry can't remember all those sweet ladies who posted pictures -THANK YOU!) and I picked this "idea"(it is not totally cased, just the idea for the girls) out of a very small photo....anyway, I knew I had to pull out this set and try it...

It is FLOWERS AWASH! Can you believe it! I took the flowers and made them dresses! What a sweet idea(again, THANK YOU to whoever you are for even coming up with this idea!) I then used the saying from Favorite Thoughts and added some bling and yep, of course, silver crowns from Tiny Tags set....it's just too stinkin' cute! And one of my all time favorites, ALL IN THE FAMILY!

Some Early Valentine's

This was a recent submissions that was not picked by PaperCrafts for their upcoming Jan/Feb. issue. I love it, and may use it for card class this upcoming Valentine's....we shall see.

Owl Punch (Owl Love You)

Okay, so SU! convention is going on this week and yep, I am here at home, living vicariously through my friend Jaimie Hesterberg who is just the sweetest gem ever for being there and updating me.....anyway, I thought I would post another card that I recently did at a workshop (hosted by my wonderful sister Maurine) using the Owl Punch and some new DSP and that Woodgrain background that has so much potential....and of course my BigShot!

Wallpaper meets brayer and Vanilla Smooch Spray

Okay, so I LOVE my BigShot and what is better when you get a new embossing folder? Well.......adding ink directly to it with the brayer and then your paper and then through the BigShot and this is what you get.......a resist technique!~

Then I added some beautiful Smooch Spray (Vanilla) and the sparkle is phenomenol! Then I stamped the crown from the Artistic Etchings in Crumb Cake, and the sentiment in Soft Suede on top of the crown.

And isn't that Marina Mist ribbon just to die for?
