Big Shot Rag Purse

Okay, so I DO NOT sew...................BUT these purses had me the first time I saw one....so, I figured I would have a friend help me with the sewing part (THANK YOU SHARON!). It literally took me less than an hour to cut for 3 purses! That included cutting the fabric (Big Shot and Scalloped Square die - 8 layers at a time!) and 67 squares of batting all by hand......and the gluing to hold them together til' we sewed them....how fun. So, I have 2 pictures to post today, (already have my other loaded and ready to carry out the door ") ) so I will take a picture of it later. I choose yellow and black for the Iowa Hawkeyes/Pitt. Steelers and the "Cool Carribean" and chocolate just because I like those together....anyway....there you have it!

BigShot Pop Up Cake

This is the card of my neice's 16th birthday this month. I LOVED this Speciality DSP last year, so I bought some before it was gone, but am trying to use stuff instead of "hoarding" it......it was hard to cut into, but I knew my sister would take good care of the card and cherish it, so it made it easier....:)

Anyway, I love this die and even as detailed as it looks, this cake is alot easier than you think to make.

Welcome Neighbor!

Okay, so this paper is so neat. All you have to do on some of it is just cut off the image you want and glue it down! And add some kind of embellishment and words and viola! Here I just cut off a short "row" of houses and stuck it to a matte piece of cardstock and used a punch and word and some ribbon. I literally took me 5 minutes to make.

Love Bandit Valentines Card

Okay, so this owl just speaks to me! I love him! I love this Heart Embosslit too....love the fact that it not only EMBOSSES the heart but cuts it also! And then there is that wondeful stamp set in the Occasions Mini With All My Heart for the sentiment.....oh and can't forget some of that adorable paper from the Sellabration (FREE) mini called Welcome Neighbor. Anyway....you get the idea....I love this stuff! :)

Bird Punch Treat Bag

I LOVE this punch! ( I love this paper too, and I miss it.....:) ) And that Fancy Favor BigShot die is fabulous! Okay, so when you put the two together with another new product (Well Scripted Stamp set!), well, you just can't go wrong.....anyway, I made this for my good friend Julia (stampin4smiles) as she celebrated her birthday this past week....

Crepe Paper Flower

Okay, so I used some thread and stitched one side of the crepe paper (a.k.a. streamers) and then cinched it carefully to get a flower. I used a couple of glue dots at the ends to hold it together. I then punched out some hearts from some of that new GORGEOUS DSP in the Occassions Mini. The words are from one of the new sets in the Occasions also, called Well Scripted. Oh, and that Scalloped Trim Border Punch down there towards the bottom.....well, you can earn that FREE until the end of March during our annual Sellabration! Big Shot Scallop Square Mini Nugget Holder

I made this using the BS Scallop Square die and scoring it every 3rd scallop on all sides then punch holes at each intersections and thread ribbon through and "gather it". I then inserted Hershey Nuggets in each slot.
