On A Pedestal

This is another one of my favorite sets from the new catalog.....I love cake, cupcakes.....anyway.....this is one of cards for card night this month. We added a "canopy" like the front of the bake shop store front, and some silver beads from our Bead Duos.

Baby Shower invitations

I am throwing a baby shower for my daughter who is due to have a boy in September. These are the invitations I made for it.

Simple Cocoa Packet

This cocoa packet is made from a 3 x 12 piece of paper folded in half, then punched in the middle for the cocoa packet to show through. It is that simple. And I used the new Hostess level 2 set Christmas Punch set and that gorgeous Real Red polka dot ribbon...love it! Now let's see how long the caramel flavored cocoa remains tucked in there...........

Razzle Dazzle Envelope Card

I saw this tutorial on on Dawn Griffin's blog ( I think), anyway, you lick the SU! envelope shut, fold in half, and then cut in on that line, glue only the middle parts together (see photo)and adhere it to the "card". I love this stamp set and the fact that we have the markers in the IN COLORS!

I used Razzleberry and Soft Suede markers.

Medallian Bg Swap card

I made this for a swap I am in for non-convention goers. I will miss convention this year, but plan to go again someday.

I just love this new stamp and this Scallop BS die! Two of my new favorites in the new catalog! It is hard to see but I stamped on Shimmery White cardstock.

Travel Size Tissue holders

I got this idea off of someone's blog awhile back and am just now getting to making them. They are just so darn cute.....and the one with the actual tissues in it, those tissues came from Michael's and there were 4 of the "In Colors" packs. Very cool, so even though I spent $1.00 on one pack of ten tissues, it was well worth it....

Hostess Club Gifts

Every year when our club is over, I give a handmade gift to tell them how much I appreciate them. This year, I made them a "dry erase" frame. Yep, you can actually write on the glass with dry erase marker and wipes right off. I love coming up with the design inside, that is the most fun part....I hope they enjoy them. I did 5 different designs so this is just one of them. I used the Naturally Serif letters from the BS for the words "Notes" and Birds and Blooms die for the other embellishments.
