Endless Birthday Wishes

Happy Saturday all! Wow, the humidity is super hot you would think it was July!  I wanted to show this card because it goes wonderful for a 4th of July birthday.  I used the Photopolymer stamp set Endless Wishes (which sold out-currently awaiting to be remade I believe?)and got the layout inspiration from Kimberly VanDiepen.  I used Whisper White to make the base of the card and layered Night of Navy on top of that.  I stamped on another layer of Whisper White with the stamp set Work of Art(chevrons) in Cherry Cobbler.  I stamped out the Happy Birthday and the cake from the Endless Wishes stamp set in Night of Navy and the splash of color over the cake is an image from Work of Art also, only I stamped it in Island Indigo. I punched it out using the 1 3/4" circle punch and sticking it down on a piece of Cherry Cobbler that I cut out using the Starburst Framelits.   I used the new star punch  and punched out stars in Cherry Cobbler, Night of Navy and Silver Glimmer Paper.

Love your work Jamie. I just found your blog through pinterest and the mittens you created. What pattern did you use to make the mittens. I am crazy about mittens, too. Johnnie
